Built for field operations in Indonesia

Rahat is software for planning, recording and reporting field-marketing work. Our customers are field-marketing agencies and the brands that engage them; the people who use it every day are salesmen, merchandisers and SPG visiting outlets with a phone that often has no signal.

What the product is opinionated about

Four decisions that shape everything else, and that we would rather argue about up front than discover halfway through a deployment.

  1. 01

The reporting should be the data

Not a second version of it. A number that gets re-keyed into a report is a number two teams can disagree about, and most of the time spent arguing is spent proving which copy is right.

  2. 02

    Offline is the hard part

A rep in a shop three hours from the office often has no signal at all. Anything that is not captured there cannot be proved later, so every write is minted on the device and settled when the phone next sees a tower.

  3. 03

    The data is the subscriber’s

We provide the platform and claim no ownership of what is captured on it. We do not sell it, mine it for our own products, or use it to train models.

  4. 04

    One client never reaches another

A single leak between two clients would end an agency, so the boundary lives in the database rather than in application code that has to remember it.

See it on your own kind of data.

A demo project runs on generated data, never on another client’s, so you can walk a tender through the real console before committing to anything.
